Q: Do you offer curbside pickup?
A: Yes on the very last page at checkout you will see the option for your order to be shipped, delivered by us or curbside pickup.
Q: What is the delivery option?
A: When you select the delivery option that is us personally delivering your item, it will take longer than traditional shipping methods as we do deliveries once a week.
Q: What are your candles made of?
A: Soy wax, and our very own blend of oils, some scents do contain a mix with essential oils.
Q: I'm interested in candle making where do you get your supplies?
A: Welcome to the candle maker family. At this time we are not offering consulting services. There is a lot of research required and it has taken us 3+ years of research and testing. This is now my livelihood so I am not able to give out my recipes.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read the scent descriptions in detail before purchasing. Scents are so personal so we want to make sure you have the perfect ones for you.
Q: I had something break in shipping, what do I do?
A: If your candle is damaged during shipping, please send us an image of the broken product and we will gladly send a replacement. This will need to be done within 5 days of receiving the package. We cannot stress the 5 day max enough.
